Default report: NOD reports give a complete summary of the recording and key information about the property. Report contains trustor name, property address, parcel number, balance owed, and other pertinent information.

Notice of Trustee Sale report:  Notice of Trustee Sale contains all information above and auction date of sale.

REO report: REO report contains all information as NTS and NOD plus loan balance.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7 day trial period at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends on the 7th day your bank or credit card will be billed according to the reports you previously requested during the 7 day trial period.

Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel within the initial 7 day trial period your bank or credit card will be billed for reports you previously requested during the 7 day trial period.  You may cancel at any time before your next month’s billing occurs.  We do not prorate any billing period. Your subscription will terminate at the end of your present billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription: Click on the "Unsubscribe" button

This will take you to your Paypal login YOU MUST LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

We cannot cancel your subscription for you.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Canceling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be canceled up to the day of the next scheduled payment.
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the My Account tab.
  3. Click the History subtab.
  4. Click More filters, select Subscriptions and agreements, and then click Subscriptions.
  5. Change the date back to the year the subscription was created, and then click Show.
  6. Click Details next to the subscription.
  7. Click Cancel Subscription

Custom Reports: If you require additional types of reports, we may build you a custom report with your detailed specifications. Contact us.

Report Availabilty: Reports are available ASAP. The county recorder typically has documented information within 24 hours of the notice being filed.  All reports are typically delivered the day they are made available.  Technical difficulties with the county recorder are an exception. We will have reports as soon as they are made available after any downtime with the county recorder’s office.

Report Information: Some information is not listed on all reports due to filers leave out information such as arrears. If this happens this area will be blank.

Report Accuracy: All reports are considered accurate at time of posting. If there is any discrepancies because of human error this is always a possibility, but we do take additional steps to insure accurate information in all reports.  We cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
